Return and Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal without providing any reason, as required by current regulations.
How to make a return
To return a product:
- Contact us by email at info@kalishop.com within 14 days of receipt
- Provide the order number and the products you wish to return
- Wait for our confirmation with shipping instructions
- Resend the product in the original packaging, intact and unused
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier and keeping the shipping receipt. We are not responsible for products lost during return shipping.
Return conditions
Products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all labels
- Complete with all accessories and documentation
We cannot accept returns of products damaged by use or removal of labels.
Refund
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order. The refund will cover the product amount but not the original shipping costs or return shipping fees.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. In this case, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
