General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Kalishop, located at via Figigola 27, Valdagno, Italy, (hereinafter "Seller") and customers who make purchases on this website (hereinafter "Customer" or "Buyer").

By placing an order on our site, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Subject of the Contract

The contract concerns the sale of the products available on the website at the time of the order. The essential characteristics of the products are indicated in their respective product sheets.

3. Purchase Procedure

To make a purchase, the Customer must:

Select the desired products and add them to the cart
Review the contents of the cart
Enter billing and shipping information
Choose the payment method
Confirm the order after accepting these terms and conditions

The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation via email.

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT. The prices shown on the site are valid at the time of viewing and may be subject to change.

The price applied will be the one indicated at the time of order confirmation. Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation.

5. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Shop Pay
Apple Pay
Google Pay

All payments are securely processed through certified systems. The Seller does not store credit card data.

6. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to Exercise:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit communication via email to info@khalishop.com within the 14-day period.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity under the Consumer Code. In case of a conformity defect, the Customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or alternatively to a price reduction or contract termination.

To exercise the warranty, the Customer must contact customer service within 2 months of discovering the defect.

8. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In case a product ordered is unavailable, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose to:

Wait for the product to become available
Replace the product with an alternative
Cancel the order with a full refund

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for:

Delays or non-deliveries due to force majeure
Indirect damages resulting from the use of the products
Incorrect information provided by the Customer (shipping address, email, etc.)

10. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of the Seller or respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, even partial, without written authorization is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Processing

12. Communications

All communications related to orders will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the email address and regularly check their inbox, including the spam folder.

13. Applicable Law

The contract is governed by Italian law.

14. Changes

The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site. Orders already confirmed remain governed by the conditions accepted at the time of the order.
